Because production begins specifically for each customer, made-to-order purchases are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy.

We currently offer shipping within the United States through our Shopify website.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment requirements.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because items are made to order, returns for changes of mind or incorrect size selections are generally not accepted.
